1x07 icons?

Helloooo all!

I'm looking for icons of a specific scene in 1x07. At the end when all the kids are singing together Finn takes both Quinn and Rachel's hands at the same time.

I'm looking for any icons with that. Animated would be awesome but still is fantastic too. Can anyone point some out to me or nudge me in the right direction? I've had a hunt around some of the mains comms but can't seem to find any :(
